Turn email warmup on or off for one mailbox. While on, the mailbox automatically exchanges AI-written warmup emails with other warmup mailboxes to build its sender reputation, so the owner will see these emails in it. Confirm with the user before turning it on. emailAccountId comes from list_email_accounts; check warmupNeedsFilter / warmupFilterVerified there, since a mailbox that needs an inbox filter only receives warmup once it is verified. Track results with get_warmup_stats. Returns status, warmupEnabled and a message.
