Get warmup statistics for all mailboxes on a website: totals (mailboxes, warmup on, connected, warmup emails sent and received) and per mailbox the daily volume, inbox placement and reputation. websiteId comes from list_websites. reputation is only reported when a health check from the last 7 days backs it, otherwise it is insufficient_data with healthScore null. sentToday is the real number of warmup emails sent today and effectiveDailyLimit the limit actually enforced; currentDailyVolume resets daily. rampWeek (= warmupSettings.currentWeek) is the warmup ramp week and is null while warmup is off; rampingCurrentWeek on list_email_accounts is a different thing, the campaign sending ramp. warmupPlacement counts warmup emails that landed in inbox vs spam.
