Copies a campaign with its steps and settings, named '<name> (copy)'.

Copies a campaign with its steps and settings, named '<name> (copy)'. The copy starts paused and has no contacts, so nothing is sent until it is started. Returns the new campaign.

Renames a campaign, starts it (status active: emails start going out to its contacts) or pauses it, or changes its sending days (0 Sunday to 6 Saturday), hours (timeSlot start and end, 0-24), timezone or open/click tracking.
get_campaign_stats
Returns how a campaign is doing: emails sent, opened, clicked, replied, bounced and unsubscribed, with rates.
