# Exclude leads

> Keep companies, domains, countries, industries or job titles out of your leads, and addresses out of your campaigns.

Every section below does the same job: in the dashboard (Guide), from your code (API) or through an AI assistant (MCP).

## Guide — In the dashboard

An **Exclude** rule in a scoring model keeps every matching lead out before it comes in: a country, a company domain, an industry, a job title… From code you can also block domains, and keep email addresses out of every campaign.

1. **Open a model → find the criterion** (country, domain, industry…).
2. **Exclude** it, or **Only include** to allow just those.
3. **Save** — it applies to new leads.

`POST /admin/email-blacklist` with `{ "websiteId": …, "csv": "customers", "email": [ … ] }` — campaigns never send to those addresses.
