**Unpick outreach domain** · Changes data

Remove a domain from a website's picked list (purchase cart) before it is bought. Only unpurchased picks can be removed; a bought domain is refused with an error. websiteId comes from list_websites; the domain from add_outreach_domain or list_outreach_domains. Returns success and outreachDomains[] (the remaining picks), or 404 when the domain is not on the list. Not available with a website-scoped key.
