# Filter your leads

> Narrow the leads table by period, search, ICP score, traffic source and any field.

Every section below does the same job: in the dashboard (Guide), from your code (API) or through an AI assistant (MCP).

## Guide — In the dashboard

Source: /docs/leads/website-visitors/filters

Start with the period, search for a name or domain, then add filters: ICP score, the ad that brought them, or any field of the person, the company, their behaviour, campaign or CRM.

<DemoFrame guide="leads-filters" to="/identify/{workspace}?tab=visitors" />

1. **Pick the period** and **search**.
2. **+ Filter:** ICP score and traffic chips, then a category, a field and its value.
3. **Close the panel** — filters stay as chips. Keep a set with [Save as view](/docs/leads/saved-filters).

## API — From your code

Authenticated with `?privateKey=YOUR_KEY` (see [Authentication](/docs/authentication)).

<Endpoints ops={["GET /v3/leads", "GET /admin/location/countries", "GET /admin/location/states", "GET /admin/location/cities"]} />

<ApiPlayground
  ops={["GET /v3/leads", "GET /admin/location/countries", "GET /admin/location/states", "GET /admin/location/cities"]}
  method="get"
  path="/v3/leads"
  tool="get_leads"
  args={`{
  "websiteId": "64b7f0a1c2d3e4f5a6b7c8d9",
  "dateFrom": "2026-10-01",
  "dateTo": "2026-10-30",
  "visitorLocation": "Germany",
  "employeesMin": 50,
  "exactVisitor": true
}`}
/>

### Use case: Decision makers from Germany [#use-case-decision-makers-from-germany]

`visitorLocation=Germany`, `employeesMin=50` and `exactVisitor=true` over the month: people at mid-size German companies, not just their company.

### Use case: Who came from your Google Ads [#use-case-who-came-from-your-google-ads]

`utmSource=google` (and `utmMedium=cpc`) with the period you want.

### Use case: Who looked at pricing [#use-case-who-looked-at-pricing]

`pageVisited=/pricing`. Combine with `visits_lower_bound=2` for people who came back.
