# Warmup

> Warm up new mailboxes so their emails land in the inbox, not in spam.

Every section below does the same job: in the dashboard (Guide), from your code (API) or through an AI assistant (MCP).

## Guide — In the dashboard

Source: /docs/engage/mailboxes/warmup

Warmup sends and answers a few emails a day from a mailbox and slowly raises the number, so inbox providers learn to trust it before your campaigns use it.

<DemoFrame guide="mailboxes-warmup" to="/integrations/{workspace}?tab=email" />

1. **⋮ on a mailbox → Email Warmup Settings.**
2. **Pick how hard** (conservative, normal, aggressive) and the daily target.
3. **Watch the Warmup column** grow toward the target.
