# Email campaigns

> Send email sequences to your leads from your own mailboxes, on the days and hours you choose.

## Guide — In the dashboard

A campaign sends a sequence of emails to its contacts, from your connected mailboxes, inside the sending window you set.

1. **Engage → + New Campaign → Email Campaign.**
2. **Name it and set the window:** hours, days, timezone.
3. **Write the emails** under Sequences, add contacts, then switch it on.

`PUT /admin/email-campaigns/{id}` with `{ "status": "paused" }`; `"active"` starts it again.
