# Campaign health

> See how many emails a campaign can send a day and what holds it back.

Every section below does the same job: in the dashboard (Guide), from your code (API) or through an AI assistant (MCP).

## Guide — In the dashboard

Every campaign has a health check: its mailboxes, their daily limits and warmup, and a recommended fix when something holds it back. It shows on the campaign overview.

1. **Open a campaign:** the banner shows its health.
2. **Follow the recommended action**, e.g. add a mailbox or raise a daily limit.
3. **Dismiss** a recommendation you have handled.
